At B N Pandit, we prioritize the development and safety of our drivers. All new drivers undergo a comprehensive training program through our system for a minimum of two weeks. During this period, they receive an hourly award rate while learning the ropes.
After completing their training, drivers are gradually introduced to their delivery runs at a pace they're comfortable with. This approach ensures that each driver feels confident and prepared to handle their responsibilities. Only when a driver feels ready will they be assigned their full delivery route, guaranteeing a high level of service and safety for our customers.
